- AMENDMENT 02: SITE VISIT The U.S. Postal Service will host a site visit of the Media Unit for interested offerors. The site visit will be held at the Bolger Center on Monday, December 12 from 9 to 11 AM. Address: William F. Bolger Center for Leadership Development Media Unit ? Main Building, Room 215 9600 Newbridge Drive Potomac, MD 20858-4321 Phone: 301.983.7000 www.bolgercenter.com (Directions can be found under Area&Maps.) This site visit will result in a delay of the due date for submission of proposals. Proposals will be due on December 22, 2005 and must be received by 2:00 PM EST at: US Postal Service ? Supply Management Attn: Phyllis Solomon 475 L?Enfant Plaza SW Room 4131 Washington, DC 20260-4131 Please notify Phyllis Solomon at: Phyllis.Solomon@usps.gov of your intent to attend by 3:00 PM on Friday, December 9. PLEASE NOTE: Each offeror should send no more than one (1) representative. The Tour will show offerors the physical layout of the facility and show the equipment that is in use. Any questions from offerors during the site visit will be restricted to questions regarding the physical aspects of the facility and/or the equipment. The USPS will not entertain any other questions. Offerors will not use this site visit as an opportunity to ask questions regarding or related to their plans for their proposed solutions to this solicitation.
