Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract for ArcSight Premium Support and a Security Content Subsciption under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to ArcSight, Inc. This is for a renewal of ArcSight product related maintenance and support. This service is used for network security. The above named vendor is believed to be the only source for this service. The services are being procured under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This notice of intent is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for competitive quotes. This award will be made unless information to the contrary is received by Linda Baier at BaierL@sec.gov no later than 10:00 AM ET on December 15, 2005. Information received as a result of this notice may or may not affect the award and its use is solely within the discretion of the SEC.
