Small Business Set-Aside: Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned
Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is for 25 sites throughout Indiana. You must bid ALL or NONE. The effective start date for 8 locations is January 01, 2006. The base year has staggered start dates but all locations will be phased in by 01 January 2007. This is an eff ort to consolidate these existing services into one contract without disrupting the current cleaners. On 01 January 2007, all 25 sites will be cleaned in this one contract. The contract will expire at the end of the fourth option year which is 31 Decembe r 2010. Please submit your bid electronically (preferred) or by fax. Please pay attention to the Solicitation Insert on page 3 for payment details and new info. You MUST complete the Representations and Certifications portion (52.212-3) and return it wi th your bid, along with two references. You must also be CCR registered to be considered and you MUST be a Small, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned business.
