This item is restric ted to Lord Corporation,Erie, PA,Cage Code:76005.FOB origin with delivery 1,429 each to New Cumberland, PA.Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 1,429 each 225 Days After Contract Award. First Article Test Report (FATR)is due 138 DACA. Requ ired delivery without FAT is 1,429 each 150 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. This acquisitio n contains data which is considered Critical Technology and has been restricted for release outside the United States.This information cannot be released outside the United States without prior approval of the Government.This item is a Critical Safety Item .
