- Description
- The US Army Contracting Agency, Capital District Contracting Center, Ft Belvoir, VA intends to issue a solicitation by 16 December 2005 for Grounds Maintenance Service for Ft Myer, VA Army Post and Ft McNair, Washington DC Army Post - Family Housing Area and General Flag Officers' Quarters area only. The work consist of trimming, edging, cutting grass, Snow Removal, Plant Bed Maintenance and all required services thereto in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The proposed solicitation is total HUB Zone set aside. Prospective Offerors must be registered at DOD Central Contractor Register (CCR) database and must be HubZone certified in order to be awarded a resultant contract from this solicitation. Interested sources are responsible for frequent review to the ASFI or FedBizOpps websites for any changes or update to the solicitation after issuance to keep current on any changes to the solicitation.
