- This solicitation is issued as a commercial item under the authority of FAR Part 12 and 13 and is issued as full and open competition. RFQ 548-06-410 is advertised with NAICS code 621320 with a size standard of $6.0 million. VA Medical Center at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410-6400 has a requirement to establish a contract for diabetic retinopathy detection, staging and monitoring services for the period February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007, with one (1) option year for renewal, at the sole discretion of the Government. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price indefinite quantity contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications and schedules of the solicitation, pending the availability of funds. Contractor shall provide services to beneficiaries of VA Medical Center 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410. Services shall be provided Monday ? Friday, excluding Federal Holidays. The solicitation will issue on or about December 16, 2005. The due date for submission of quotes shall be on or about January 6, 2006 at 2:00PM local time. No telephone or fax requests for solicitation will be accepted. No hard copies of this solicitation will be issued. Any and all questions regarding the solicitation shall be faxed to the Contracting Officer at 561-422-6507. No verbal questions will be addressed.
