Description

The Department of State?s National Foreign Affairs Training Center Foreign Service Institute (NFATC), School of Applied Information Technology (SAIT) has a requirement for experienced and knowledgeable Program Analyst to mange SAIT training programs. The School of Applied Information Technology (FSI/SAIT) is responsible for training both IT professionals and end-users for the entire Department of State (DoS). This effort will result in (multiple award) Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) effective for the entire period specified in the solicitation document. SAIT maintains campuses at four different locations; this contract covers the IMT (Arlington) and PDD (Warrington) campuses. All positions assigned to Professional Devolvement Division (PDD) located at the Warrenton Training Center will require at the minimum a Secret Clearance. The work requirements for all contractors will be determined by the Program Managers and the needs of the Department of State. Training may be required at other DoS locations, both domestic and overseas. Performance of these services will occur only as authorized by specific task orders detailing dates, tasks, and schedules. The solicitation document will be posted by Friday, December 9, 2005. All questions must be submitted in writing to wilkersondm@state.gov by no later than December 30, 2005. PLEASE NO PHONE CALLS.
