- THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING AND PRINTING TODAY. The project consists of janitorial services for the Humboldt-Toiyabe N.F. Supervisor's Office. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, supplies (except those designated as Government-furnished), and incidentals to perform all work necessary as specified herein. Contractor shall be able to climb stairs and ladders to perform certain services. Services shall not be subcontracted unless approval in writing by the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer's Represenative. Contract time will be January 1, 2006 through September 30, 2007, with two optiona renewal years, October 1 through September 30 each year. The project location is 1200 Franklin Way, Sparks, Nevada. NAICS code: 561720. Size Standard: $14.0 million. Quotes will be due 12/19/05, 4:30 p.m. local time. See numbered note #1.
