- This Special Notice is being issued to amend the solicitation to include a 100% Quantity Option and to change the issue and closing dates to read: ISSUE: 12/9/05 CLOSE: 12/16/05 Solicitation Number, SP0406-05-Q-T627, YPG05125000824, NSN: 9150-01-035-5394, Lubricating Oil, Gear. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. This is solicited as Unrestricted and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 3,091 DR. The solicitation includes a 100% Quantity Option. QPL Applies. In accordance with VSTD NR J2360. Basic DTD 98 Nov 01. Amend NR DTD. Type Number J2360-4-80W90. In accordance with STD NR MIL-STD-290F. Refno DTD 00 Jul 17. Amend NR DTD. Type Number II Shelf Life 24 months. This NSN is procured fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards And/Or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. QAP 204 applies. Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will issue on ? December 9, 2005 ? with a closing date of December 16, 2005.
