- Description
- This amendment is being issued to increase competition, add/delete clauses and provisions, and make corrections to the solicitation. See Notes 12 and 26. NSN 3950-01-354-9432, Winch, Drum, Hand Operated. Approved source is L.E.R.C. (F3435) P/N A3156805-001 with an estimated annual demand quantity of 16 each and requested delivery of 175 days. NSN 4030-01-348-2303, Anchor Guy. Approved source is L.E.R.C. (F3435) P/N A3156805-001, with an estimated annual demand quantity of 732 each and requested delivery of 225 days. FOB and Inspection/Acceptance requested is Destination for both NSNs. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 1 Sep 2005. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). Approved sourceis L.E.R.C. (F3435). White price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
