- The Defense Distribution Depot New Cumberland, PA has a requirement for a contractor to provide one (1) bomb sniffing dog on an as needed or emergency basis and two (2) drug sniffing dogs twice a week. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561612 and the size standard is $10,500,000. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is a small business set aside. The government anticipates awarding a ?Not to Exceed? purchase order for one (1) year. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
