- ISSUE DATE: 12/22/05. Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to construct a new boat ramp at U.S. Coast Guard Station New London, New London, CT (New London County). The work includes site demolition and bedrock removal for construction of an bituminous pavement boat ramp approach and precast concrete boat ramp, modifications to existing utilities (add a light pole and extend water service), and incidental related work. The estimated cost range of this project is $100,000 to $250,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 12/22/05. The due date for receipt of proposals is scheduled for 1/23/06 at 2:00 pm. This solicitation is issued in accordance with FAR Part 19 and is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable NAIS code is 237990 and the size standard is $28.5 million. Our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form.
