- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport intends to award an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, Cost Plus Fixed Fee type contract to Titanium Fabrication Corporation for Engineering and Technical Services, Evaluations, Repairs and Fabrication of Mast Tubes. The resulting contract will have a period of performance of five years. The Mast Tubes are part of Submarine High Data Rate (SubHDR) system and due to their location on the submarine sail, can become damaged. This IDIQ contract will allow damaged Mast Tubes to be Tested, Inspected and Evaluated and ultimately repaired as necessary. Titanium Fabrication Corporation is the sole manufacturer and distributor of the Mast Tubes. This procurement is a Small Business Set-Aside to Titanium Fabrication Corporation.
