Description

This acquisition includes the purchase of part numbered items where Aerocontrolex Group is the approved source, and/or have supplied the item in the past. Offerors should be aware that there is a potential for split awards. The intent is to award an indefinite delivery type contract for a one year base and four option years. Solicitations and NSNs will be avialable for download on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil on its issue date. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. For questions on the content of the solicitation contact the primary point of contact. See Note 12 & 26. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of June 27, 2005. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. The proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class 2990, 3010, 4310, 4320, 4330, 4730, 4810 & 4820. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision wil be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
