Description

This project is for the Replacement of the Air Conditioning System in Building 1155 (Base Library), Malmstrom AFB, (Great Falls) Montana. Work consists of the contractor providing all material, equipment, plant, labor, supervision, required incidentals and any additional work that is necessary to replace the air conditioning system in the Base Library, Building 1155, Malmstrom AFB, MT, in accordance with the project specifications and drawings. This Request For Proposal will be available on or about 27 June 2005. The Request For Proposal will close on or about 27 July 2005. The Performance Period for this project is one hundred and twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is open to both large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The Request For Proposal is available by Electronic Transmission only at: http://www.eps.gov. Potential contractors must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet Site: http://ccr.edi.disa.mil/ccragent/p/sq1/ccr.welcome) Potential contractors must also be currently registered with ORCA. (See Internet Site: http://orca.bpn.gov/) The magnitude or this project is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. The North American Classification System Code is 238220.
