- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO SYSTEMS CONSULTANTS FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS UNDER AUTHORITY OF FAR 6.302. Clear Cube Technology?s address is 8834 Capital of Texas Hwy N. Suite 140, Austin, TX, and the value of the contract is expected to be under $323,364.49. Services are to provide administrative, professional, and technical support required to facilitate overall objective of integrating appropriate off-the-shelf technology into an assessment aircraft for utilization during U.S. Marine Corps training exercises. Equipment/ services include: 1) PC Blade Workstation Specifications Model R1200. 2) CAGE with Blade Switching Backpack, RMC and Power Cord General Specifications for the PC BLADE CAGE. 3) CAGE with Blade Switching Backpack Power Cords. 4) SWITCHING Back Pack (3yr Warranty). 5) I/Port (3yr Warranty). 6) Eon e100 User Port with Power Cord. 7) CMS Bundle CLINS. 8) CMS Bundle 3yr M&S from date of purchase for the following ITEMS listed: Control Manager, Switch Manager, Data Fail Over, Grid Center, and Blade Manager. 9) Control Center License 10) Switch Manager CD 11) Data Failover License CD 12) Grid Center CD 13) Blade Manager CD 14) Support and Maintenance ? Price out per day. 15) Training 16) Single CPU BLADE 3yr Warranty with Hard Drive Replacement #091141 This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This purchase will be under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is December 15, 2005.
