- NAVSEA Indian Head Division has a sole source requirement for the procurement of AutoGraphics/Verso Technical Operating System for use in Technical Library. The business size standard for this procurement is $21 million, with a NAICS code of 541511, and an FSC code of T099. The contract action for this requirement will be other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304 (C)(1). See Fedbizopps, numbered note 22 for guidelines.
