- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Md. (NSWCIH) intends to award a sole source purchase order to MTS Corporation of Ann Arbor MI. The procurement consist of written certificaton of tolerance and calibration of MTS and Instron load cells as follows: (41) E/M 0-5 Kip Sintech Range Standard. (6) Axial 0-20 Standard. (6) Speed and displacement for E/M and (2) MTS LVDT system displacement transducers in support of the on-going mechanical property testing and evaluation program. The applicable North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The Federal Supply Code (FSC) is J099. The resulting purchase order will be firm fixed price with option years. Negotiation being conduction using other than full and open competition procedures pursuant to authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C) (1). See Note 22.
