Description

It is the intent of the Naval Medical Logistics Command to award a Multiple Award Task Order personal services contract for Dental Services in the United States, East Coast region (Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia) as follow-on to an expiring Multiple Award Task Order contract. An award will be made to a minimum of three contractors on indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts for the following minimum positions: 8.5 Dental Hygienists for Camp LeJeune, NC; 7 Dental Hygienists for Parris Island, SC; 1 Dental Hygienist for Fort Eustis, VA; 2.5 Dental Hygienists and 3 Dental Assistants for Cherry Point, NC; 30 Dental Assistants for Camp LeJeune, NC; 14 Dental Assistants for Parris Island, SC; 12 Dental Assistants for Mid-Atlantic Norfolk, VA (36 hours per week) and 48 Dental Assistants for Mid-Atlantic, Norfolk, VA; 3 General Dentists for Parris Island, SC; 1 Part-Time Endodontist for Beaufort, SC (this is an Optional Task Order); and 1 General Dentist for Mid-Atlantic Norfolk, VA (this is an Optional Task Order). Offerors shall be required to provide documentation/information that they meet all qualifications to perform the required services. Period of performance for minimum quantities is 1 May 2006 through 30 September 2006; total contract duration not to exceed 5 years. This acquisition is Restricted to Small Business. Place of contract performance: Various Naval, Marine, and Army Dental/Medical Treatment Facilities throughout the East Coast region. The solicitation will be available on the NMLC home page at http://www-nmlc.med.navy.mil/Code02/contractorinfo.htm on or about 13 December 2005. The Navy is committed to a paperless acquisition process. No RFPs will be mailed to offerors. Only written requests for the solicitation shall be honored.
