Description

The U.S. Geological Survey, Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529-0001, plans to make a non competitive award via written request for quotation No. 06ER09-NOSOLICITATION number to YSI Environmental, 1725 Brannum Lane, Yellow Springs, OH 45387 for Nitrate Monitors with pathlegnth detection cell solely for the purpose of restocking the Hydrologic Instrumentation Facility Warehouse. This notice is for INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, but interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement to the Contracting Officer no later than the identified response date. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302 for the proposed contract. Responses to this notice must be submitted to http://Ideasec.nbc.gov, or via email to Paulette Hundley@usgs.gov.
