Description: The Army Reserve Contracting Center (ARCC) is seeking sources to develop an internet based web application to display HVAC system information, inspect approximately 900 United States Army Reserve Centers (USARCs) and populate the web application wit h data collected from the inspections. All interested qualified contractors may submit a qualification statement to include a brief company background, company capabilities and relevant experience. The submission shall be no more then 10 pages and sent e lectronically to annemarie.walsh@dix.army.mil by 21 Oct 2005. No telephone calls will be accepted. The information gathered will be utilized to develop the procurement strategy.
