- The project consists of the repair, replacement and construction of new storm drainage at Ft. Monroe, VA. The work includes piping, outfall valves, manholes, excavation and backfill, grading, topsoil, seeding, as well as minor amounts of concrete, c urbs, gutters and pavement repair. The magnitude of the project is between $4,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. This is an UNRESTRICTED procurement action. NAICS Code 237110 applies. The project duration is approximately 365 calendar days. The solicita tion will be provided in an electronic format. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation is via the Internet. The solicitation will not be issued in paper format. Notification of amendments may be made by facsimile, flopp y disk, compact disk and/or postings to the Internet. The media selected for solicitation amendments shall be solely at the discretion of the Government; accordingly, as separate notifications for each amendment may not be sent to planholders, bidders sha ll be responsible for monitoring the Internet for amendments.
