A quantity of (4) four, Government Tested First Article is required. Delivery Schedule is 270 days after contract award for submission and acceptance of test report. Production Delivery schedule is 90 days without test. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not clo se prior to the closing date stated above. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. By U. S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U. S. small businesses; therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be hono red.
