PRON: AX6T2004, NSN: 2915-01-430-2778, PN: 4165-052, Quantity: 200 each applicable to the UH-601/AH-64A Engine T-701-C. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Corpus Christi, TX . Required delivery with First Article Testing is 200 each, 225 Days After Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 138 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 200 each, 150 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item. This item is restricted to Woodward Governor Company, Cage Code 66503, General Electric Company, Cage Code 99207, and Woodward Governor Company, Cage Code 0JAU7 because the Government does not have adequate data, lacks rights to data, or both needed to purchase this part from additional sour ces. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify thems elves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR (Comprehensive Automated Process for Source Approval Request) and Policy Relating to Source Approval Request (SAR) for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
