DESC: NSN: 4820-01-530-4563 and 4820-01-530-4562, Part Number: D5-45-3278 and D5-45-3279, Requirements are 81 each and 77 each with a 200% option. All or a part of this action is an unfunded FY06 requirement. The item to procure is a THIS PROCUREMEN T CONSISTS OF TWO BALL VALVES (4820-01-530-4562 & 4820-01-530-4563) THAT ARE SOURCE CONTROLLED TO FLUID SEALING SOLUTIONS, INC, CAGE: 1XN39. THE COMPONENTS INCLUDE VALVE, STEM STOP, STEM ANAPTER AND HANDLE. PARTS SHALL NOT LEAK WHEN HYDROSTATICALLT TESTE D YP 225 PSI. This solicitation is restricted to Fluid Sealing Solutions, Hot Springs, AR and Slate Enterprises, Inc., Anaheim CA. Offers from concerns other than the above are not solicited. Published for subcontracting purposes only. FOB is destinati on. For use on the M12A1 Decon System. The proposed contract will include a 200 percent option. Estimated issue date is 19 Dec 05. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be p rovided. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: tacom-r i-tdp@ria.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following information; CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number.
