OVERALL LENGTH 26.9 MILLIMETERS NOMINAL; BODY INSIDE DIAMETER 32.1 MIL LIMETERS NOMINAL; BODY OUTSIDE DIAMETER 37.4 MILLIMETERS NOMINAL; FLANGE OUTSIDE DIAMETER 40.4 MILLIMETERS NOMINAL; FLANGE WIDTH 21.0 MILLIMETERS NOMINAL.=LONGLINEDESC. Requirements are = 3,000, Spacer, Sleeve. This will include a 50% option. FOB is Desti nation. For use on the M249. Estimated issue date is 06-Dec-05. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. Failure to obtain any s aid amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for bid opening/receipt of proposals may render your bid or proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same. This solicitation incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: tacom-ri-tdp@ria.army.mil. Any said requests should contain the following informati on; CAGE Code (if available), Company Name, Point of Contact (optional), Street Address, City, State, Zip Code, Telephone Number. A TDP will be provided by normal mail after the solicitation has been released to the internet. All or a part of this actio n is an unfunded FY06 requirement.
