- Description
- The U.S. Army Tacom-Picatinny, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ anticipates soliciting a sole source firm-fixed price requirement under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), as authorized by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii) to General Dynamics, located in Marion IL, to provide 25mm, APFSDS-T, M919 cartridges. The current plan would consist of a basic award plus two options as follows: Base production (GFY06): 100,000 cartridges +/- 15%. Option 1 25,000-100,000, 50,000-100,000, or 100,000-125,000 cartridges +/- 15%. Option 2 (GFY08) range: 180,000 cartridges +/- 15%. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See numbered Notes 22 and 26.
