- This is not a request for proposal. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and it is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this synopsis. Reimbursement will not be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. Andersen Air Force Base, Guam, has a requirement for cellular phone services. The solicitation or Request for Quote will be issued on or about 22 December 2005. The period of performance is 1 February 2006 through 31 January 2007 (base year) plus four one-year option periods (2007 through 2011). The NAICS code is 517212. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration website (http://www.ccr.gov) and have their Representation and Certifications Application filed under the new ORCA database (http://www.bpn.gov) to be eligible for award. The solicitation will be available on the Internet at the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fedbizopps.gov).
