- The United States Government (USG) through the Global Air Traffic Systems Group, International and Foreign Military Sales Office (ESC/GATSG/IA)at Hanscom AFB, Massachusetts, desires to establish a single stand-alone Multiple Award BPA for all future ESC/GATSG/IA Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Cases as they apply to the procurement, testing, and delivery of Commercial Air Traffic Management (ATM) Systems (as identified in the BPA) for a period of five calendar years.
