- REPLACEMENT LAMP BULBS FA8601-06-T-0012 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the subject items, commercial commodities to be procured by Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA8601-06-T-0012 is a Request for Quotes (RFQ). Due date for quotes will be no later than December 9, 2005 at 4:00 P.M EST. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-06. This Request for Quotes is issued on the basis of Full and Open Competition. The associated North American Industrial Code (NAIC) is 423610, size standard 500 employees applies. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated with 1 line item: Line Item 0001 ? 1004 each ? Replacement lamp bulb; must meet the following requirements: - ANSI code of HPL575/115X. - Bulb type: T6 - Output: 575 watts and 12,360 lumens - Voltage: 115v - Manufacturer continuous use average life rating of no less than 2000 hrs. - Filament type: 4-C8. - Finish: Clear Offerors must complete the fill-ins at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications ?
