Description

SOURCES SOUGHT NOTIFICATION ? ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION. The 377 CONS/LGCA, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico, is contemplating the procurement of services to provide custodial care of USAF individuals at a contractor facility. The contractor shall provide for the secure custody, care and safekeeping of such inmates in accordance with state and local laws and those court orders that are applicable to the operations of the contractor. Confinement facilities must be within 1.5 hours driving time of Kirtland AFB. Facilities must be approved or accredited by one of the following: American Correctional Association, American Jail Association, or by the state or federal government. Interested parties should submit a Statement of Capabilities (SOC). The SOC should address the items contained in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Vendors should identify the business size standard as reflected by the NAICS. SIC code is 8744 or 9223, NAICS code is 561210 or 922410, and Size Standard is $30,000,000.00 or none respectively. SOC are limited to no more than five (5) pages, double sided, on 8 ? x 11 paper. SOC is due no later than 3:00pm MDT, December 16, 2005.
