- The contractor shall furnish all necessary materials, supplies, equipment, personnel, supervision and travel cost to provide for a physical wall to wall inventory of the pharmacies located at VAMC Tennessee Valley (Nashville, Murfreesboro campus and Chattanooga Outpatient Clinic), VAMC Louisville, VAMC Lexington, VAMC Memphis, VAMC Huntington and James H. Quillen Medical Center (Mt. Home). The contractor shall provide enough personnel to ensure that the inventory of all facilities is executed and completed within the period of performance specified.
