- VISN 9 Acquisition Service Center, 3400 Lebanon Pike, Murfreesboro TN 37129 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Central Kentucky Blood Center, 330 Waller Avenue, Lexington KY 405042236 to provide blood and blood products for the VA Medical Center, 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502. The NAICS code is 621991 and the small business size standard for this procurement is $8.5 million. No solicitation package is available. The government believes this is the only source capable of satisfying these requirements within the required emergency timeframes required by the solicitation. This notice is issued for information only and is not a request for quotations. Contract term is one year from date of award, or January 1, 2006. No solicitation package is available.
