Description: Provide Service Agreement for 3-D Mapping system. Contractor must provide 24 hour response time for an operating technician, 48 hour repair time, 72 hour loaner exchange time and all parts and labor for the Ensite unit. Technician must be qualified and trained to work on EnSite 3-D mapping system. Contract will run from February 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007 with one option year to extend the term of the contract. The solicitation will be issued as a commercial procurement in accordance with Far Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial items and in accordance with Far Part 15 - Contracting by Negotiation.
