Description: The VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System will be soliciting for Hospice/Palliative Care in the Reno Nevada area. Care may take place in a patients home, long-term or acute care facility. Care may include one or more of the following; Physician Services, Skilled Nursing, Physical, Speech and Occupational Therapy, Social Work/Counseling, Chaplain/Spiritual Services and other services as necessary. Multiple awards are aniticpated. Contractors shall own and operate Hospice Care facilities in the Reno Nevada area to be considered for award. Solicitation packages will be available on or about December 8, 2005.
