- The United States Penitentiary Hazelton, West Virginia, requires various milk and dairy products for the second quarter of Fiscal Year 2006. The requirement is unrestricted. All qualified offers will be considered. All vendors shall be registered in the CCR (www.ccr.gov) and ORCA (www.orca.bpn.gov).
