Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 517910 (Other Telecommunications). The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to AT&T, Oakton, VA. Pursuant to 41 U.S.C.253(c)(1), FAR Part 6-302-1--Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for continuation of services. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
