- PR No: RE053050040000; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for Tape, Insulation, Electrical. This solicitation is for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. There is one approved source of supply: Plymouth Rubber Co. (Cage 81165). The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 5970-00-685-9059; P/N 8051, U/I: Roll (30 Ft.), Tape Width = .75 inch; AEQ = 23356 rolls Base Year, 23356 rolls each of four Option Years; and Maximum Qty = 46712 rolls Base Year and 46712 rolls each of four Option Years. Delivery: FOB Destination, 30 days ARO. Inspection and Acceptance is Destination. Surge requirements are 329 rolls delivered in 30 days. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
