- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Although this is a combined synopsis/solicitation, please refer to the hard copy solicitation available on the Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/. You must submit your proposal on the hard copy solicitation. From the Gateway homepage, left-hand sidebar, select ?Search RFQs.? Then choose the RFQ you wish to download. RFQs are in portable document format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. This software is available free at http://www.adobe.com. A paper copy of the solicitation will not be available to requestors. The solicitation issue date is 08 December 2005. Closing Date is 22 December 2005.
