- PGC: 28719, NSN: 8415-01-519-8462, Striking Shield Pad, Part Number ASPO7102 (Amchar Wholesale) and/or equal to. This solicitation is for a quantity of 1189 each. The first delivery is to be 30 days after date of award. Shipments are to be made to the Albany. GA Depot; FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The anticipated issuance date of the solicitation is 15 December 2005. All responsible sources may submit offers, which DSCP shall consider. All materials used hi the fabrication are to be furnished by the bidder. All contractors MUST be registered in the CCR and ARCA in order to be eligible for award. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(a)(7) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after (Estimated Date). From the Gateway home page, select ?Search RFQs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. Amendments to this solicitation Will NOT be available via the Gateway. In order to receive notification of amendments to this solicitation you must E-MAIL, the Contract Specialist, listed below under Point of Contact, with the name and address of prospective offeror. Phone and fax number and a point of contact. Please reference solicitation number in all e-mail correspondence. An unsuccessful offer may result if prospective offeror FAILS to e-mail the Contract Specialist of their intent to offer on this solicitation. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
