Delivery Schedule: 699 EA in 60 days with each additional 350 EA every 30 days thereafter. NSN: 2940-00-787-7141. Item Description: FILTER ELEMENT, FLUID. Manufacturer?s Code and Part Number: (00736) P/N 03RA18B-231; (1KRW4) P/N A28218. Annual Demand Quantity: 124 EA. Destination Information: Items will be shipped to various zones within conus. Inspection and Acceptance @ Destination, FOB Destination. Delivery Schedule: 31 EA in 90 days with each additional 16 EA every 30 days thereafter. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). Approved sources for NSN 2910-00-001-7829 are: Clark Filter Inc, WM W Nugent & Co Inc, The Hilliard Corporation. Approved sources for NSN 2940-00-787-7141 are: Falls Filtration Technologies Inc, Filtration Technologies Services Inc. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Items will be shipped to various zones within conus.
