- HSCG87-06-B-643111 The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, transportation, and associated costs to remove, dispose, and replace the existing built-up roof on the administration building with a new built-up roof. Prep and paint the LORAN station building, and the old transmitter building. This work effort will require shipping materials by barge or landing craft to Attu, and certain additional Coast Guard materials described in the specifications will be included in the barge or landing craft shipment. These projects are further described on Civil Engineering Unit Juneau drawing number S-3694. The project is located at the LORAN STATION in Attu, Alaska. All work shall be completed prior to August 15, 2006. The estimated cost range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. See the solicitation for bonding requirements. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, and the applicable size standard is $28.5 million dollars in annual receipts for the past three years. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All responsible small businesses may submit a bid. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded. This solicitation will not be issued in paper form. Any amendments issued to the solicitation will be posted on this website. Prospective bidders are responsible for checking the website for amendments up to the date and time of bid opening. The technical data package (specifications and drawings) will be available through a link in FedBizOpps to the Federal Technical Data Solution (FEDTeDS) website or via CD-ROM upon written request to the Contracting Officer. Firms must be currently registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and FEDTeDS database to be able to access the technical data package. A plan holders list will not be available for this project from CEU-Juneau.
