- Description
- General Services Administration is seeking a qualified contractor to furnish all material, labor, equipment and supervision to provide janitorial and related services for the Robert A. Young Federal Building, current total net cleaning area approximately 755,602 square feet located in Saint Louis, Missouri. The period of performance for aforementioned services is 1 base year plus four 1-year options. The Government anticipates that one award will be made from this procurement that will result in the greatest overall value to the Government. Base period of performance is scheduled to be April 1, 2006 through 31 March, 2007. This procurement is set-aside for service-disabled veteran owned small business. Offers from other businesses will not be considered. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 561720--Janitorial Services, Size Standard - $14.0 million. The solicitation posting date will be on or about November 30, 2005 The current contract information is furnished. Contractor Olympus Building Service, annual contract amount approximately $1,178,000. Site visit will be as stated in solicitation.
