- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division has entered into a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with L.-3 Communications, Communications System West, 640 220 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116 for a maximum ceiling amount of $10,000,000. The BOA covers a three-year period with two one-year options from the award date of 22 April 2004. The BOA includes line items for engineering/logistic support, spares procurement, depot repair to include re-assembly, upgrade/modification of assemblies and/or subassemblies in support of the Tactical Common Data Link-Navy System. Procurements under the BOA are conducted on a sole-source basis in accordance with the statutory authority 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. This synopsis is for the class of orders that may be issued by NSWC Crane under the BOA for a one-year period. Individual job orders issued by NSWC Crane will specify required tasks and all applicable delivery terms and conditions. All responsible! sources may inquire into the specific terms and conditions included in the BOA; such inquiries will be considered by this agency. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
