- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Flow Autoclave Systems Inc. The contractor shall provide the interconnections from the control system to the Hot Isostatic Press (HIP) Model 45L 4.0-10.0 GU 200Y-3H45-C. The unit was manufactured by Flow Autoclave Systems Inc and the hardware and control software is of a unique proprietary design. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements under the authority of FAR 6.302.1. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
