Description: The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a cost plus incentive fee contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, San Diego,CA for the remainig development of the RQ-8B Fire Scout Vertical Take-Off and Landing Tactical Unmanned Air Vehicle (VTUAV). Northrop Grumman is the designer and sole developer of the Fire Scout VTUAV. Only Northrop Grumman has access to the technical knowledge and proprietary data to fulfill this requirement.
