- The National Park Service (Service) is seeking through a Prospectus up to two qualified hunting guides to provide sport hunting guide services for the public in Noatak National Preserve, Alaska. Each guiding opportunity is for a concession contract that identifies a guide area within the Preserve. The Service intends to award up to two 10-year concession contracts for the designated guide area. To obtain a copy of the prospectus, contact Lindy Russell as shown above. The prospectus will also be available at http://www.nps.gov/noat. The prospectus will explain the business opportunity, the terms and conditions under which the NPS will award the concession contract, the proposal instructions and proposal package (including the selection factors). Proposals must be received at National Park Service, Alaska Regional Office, Attn: Concessions Division, 240 West 5th Ave., Room 114, Anchorage, Alaska 99501, by 4:00 p.m. on January 30, 2006. If proposals are not received at the location stated by 4:00 p.m. on January 30, 2006, they will not be considered by the National Park Service.
