Description

Western Regional Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a base year and 1 option years for the delivery of 440 AB Cells and 275 B Cell per base period of 19 Dec 05 -30 Sep 06 for Madigan Army Medical Center with the first delivery schedule for 19-24 December 2005. The RFQ W91YU0-06-T-0007 will be available on the ASFI on or about 1 December 2005 with a closing date of 9 December 2005. This RFQ is being issued as unrestricted, all responsible sources may submit a quote, w hich shall be considered. This RFQ is issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Per DFARS 252.204-7004, Central Contractor Registration is mandatory for all contractors in order to receive award of a contract or order.
