- Joint Contracting Command, Iraq-Afghanistan (JCC-IA), intends to post a solicitation to this website on or about 10 Dec 2005, for a Life Support Service contract for two sites in the vicinity of Mosul, Iraq: Camp Blickenstaff and Mosul Police Service Academy. It will include all planning, programming, administration, materials, labor, services, equipment, and incidental items necessary to manage, administer and complete the contract(s). The contractor shall provide: dining facility operations, billeting administration, janitorial support, laundry, minor construction/repairs, electrical support, waste management, and water system support. The life support contract(s) will be a base period of six months with two 6-month option periods. The government will allow for multiple awards to be made. Contractors will be allowed to submit proposals for one or both sites. This solicitation provides for full and open competition. The Government intends to award a(n) firm fixed price indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract. The NAICS code is 561210. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be actively registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at www.ccr.gov.
