- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This is a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-06. The associated NAICS c ode is 722310. (Beginning of Item Description) Services Non-Personal: Contractor shall provide the following -- Furnish all labor, parts, materials, facilities and transportation necessary for two people to perform the duties of a food service attendant in accordance with the attached Statement of Work and Service Contract Act. The Government intends to award th e contract for one base year with three option years.
